By maintaining our position as a minority and silent partner we allow our partners to do what they do best. As the majority stakeholders our partners are at higher risk if they are unsuccessful at increasing their profits and revenue with the additional resources we provide; as they have more invested they have more to lose. The result is that while there are risk's for all parties involved; our partners have more to gain if they are successful, and we have less to lose if they are not.
By operating and supporting specific businesses as owner and/or partner under one roof, as one entity, sharing benefits, back office management and operations; everything is brought together in one place with no middlemen, or unnecessary delays and the coordination, organization and execution of task is simplified. This process allows more to be done quicker, at lower expense, with increased profit margins, and helps lower cost for our clients.
Finally the benefits of connecting companies, investments and resources are the leveraging of the pool of employees, funds, and resources. As there is strength in numbers these can translate into reduced or lower interest rates, lower insurance premiums, greater discounts on common supplies and services to name a few.
