Hello and welcome back!

We are happy to be back up and running from our new location. Physically were in the same place as before; but just about everything else has changed. Our organization has changed in structural order, online location, methods of operation, and some subtle refinements that are less obvious. Our new business model is much more fluid and functional, while covering a much larger geographic area. The changes have made us much more efficient, cost effective, and flexible; allowing us to not only maintain, but grow our client base in the midst of unprecedented and unexpected change.


Our physical home has not changed; however, our website is now located on our parent company (Baker-Massey & Shands LTD) website. This has multiple benefits for everyone involved, and serves multiple purposes:


1). Baker-Massey & Shands posts descriptions and contact info for all of their partners and affiliates that desire the free exposure; but also, that of any of their 3rd party vendors and or contacts who want their information made available. Making a select area on the site a no-pressure ad mall (if anyone wants to look for something in particular, they have a place to look; if not, it's not forced upon them in any way or at any time). This has significantly increased our exposure and expanded our market presence.


2). Shared resources are more cost effective, logistically more efficient, offers additional access to potential customers via free marketplace exposure, and increased networking opportunities. We are doing more in less time at a lower cost to us and our customers.


3). This new model has increased our ability to leverage lower cost, more efficient process, and improved product quality; all while serving more clients across a larger area in the same amount of time or less. We're now servicing people and companies in some capacity from Ohio, down to Florida, across to Washington state, and back. With more planed in the not-too-distant future.


With the departure of two of the three brothers (Alexander married, started a family and went on to work with his father), (Julius is pursuing his lifetime ambition of operating his own business) the changes to our business structure was significant; it but precipitated a strategic shift towards integrating technology, manual processes, vendors and third parties (where they are more cost effective, and will improve quality), and seamless redundancies at almost every step and level. As a result: we do more, we do it faster, we do it better, and we do it at a better price for our clients.

We have survived Covid, Civil unrest, Economic Recession, Political instability, and massive changes within our own organization; and, yet we're not only still here, we are stronger, faster and better for it!
