Everything else is just an aside.
Every cent we put into anything is very heavily influenced by the person we are dealing with. When we buy and item we research the person and/or company just as much as the item. At the heart of a good salesman is a good person, followed by a good product at a good price. Before we even consider partnering with anyone we research the potential partners themselves; then look into their business and products. It is our belief that the greatest product in the world cant overcome bad leadership, bad management, or bad employees. The best people are what make the best companies "The Best Companies". We understand leadership, experience, and skill are the tools needed to operate a business;
but you have to have the people with those qualities and a firm commitment to the success of the company, the quality of the service or product and customer satisfaction. These are the qualities we look for in everyone we do business with. We have to be able to sit on the other side of the table look our partners in the eye, and know that they are committed to the success and best interest of everyone involved. Contrary to the popular saying "failure is not an option" Failure is not only an option but a common ending; which is why we focus more on the people than anything else. Good people make good companies, good companies make good partners and good partnerships equal success. Failure is always an option; success is our goal!
